Fees

How can I pay for my entries?

The organizer sends a payment email to the applicants at each stage. After receiving the email, please complete the payment by the deadline stated in the invoice. In principle, applicants are required to make the payment by credit card. If you are unable to use a credit card, please request a bank transfer from the organizer.


Is it possible to issue an invoice under a name different from the account information on the Entry Site?

Please register yourself in Billing Contact Information of Account Information on the Entry Site.


I would like to change the recipient of the payment for the screening fee and award package fee.

Please make the changes yourself in the Account Information of Entry Site. However, it is possible that due to the timing, the change cannot be reacted on the Invoice in time, at this time, it is necessary to contact the organizer directly to apply for the change.


Can the amount of the invoice be split?

The organizer issues invoices based on the entry account and is unable to provide the service of splitting the invoices. If a split invoice is required, please create multiple accounts and apply separately.


Do you accept payment in foreign currency?

No. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.


Can the recipient of an invoice be split into more than one?

Can a quotation be issued before the fee is paid?

It is not possible to provide a quotation. Please do your own calculations based on the page of "Fees".


When can I receive the invoice?

please check whether it has been categorized as spam e-mail first, if not, please contact the organizer directly. It is necessary to indicate the entry number, etc. when contacting the organizer.


Can the organizer provide a receipt?

The organizer will not provide an invoice to applicants, please use Invoice as proof of payment.


Can the date on the invoice be changed?

The issue date and payment deadline of the Invoice cannot be changed.

Is it possible to add the information in the remarks on the invoice?

Who pays the bank charges for remittances?

Applicants will be responsible for bank charges at domestic banks and banks in their home countries for bank transfers.
