薄型、軽量のスタイリッシュフォルムにスタンダードな機能を凝縮したPDA。最新OS”Windows Mobile 2003”を搭載し、モバイルには欠かせない「ワイヤレス」や「セキュリティ」など、機能面を徹底的に強化。SDカードスロットは、今後急速な普及が見込まれる”SDIO NOW !”規格に対応、SDIO周辺機器を利用して、インターネットやメールなどを手軽に楽しむことができる。また、液晶パネルには従来機と比べて約1.4倍の明るさを実現した100cd/m2の高輝度液晶を搭載し、視認性を向上させた。

アルミニウムのプレス成型を採用し、最薄部10.15mmのスリムボディを実現、携帯性の向上とともに外観の質感向上にも大きく寄与した。また、筐体両側面にはシボを伴ったプラスチック素材を採用、手に持った時のグリップ感向上を狙った。

全てのボタンは誤動作に備え、ロックが可能となっている。また、凹凸を最小限に抑えたボタンにより、ロックをし忘れた際にも、鞄の中などでの誤動作を減らすように配慮した。
