Background

The toxicity of Formaldehyde poses a significant issue in the renovation industry, leading to various health problems and environmental pollution. We address this concern by utilizing low-formaldehyde plywood in our carpentry, along with eco-friendly adhesive. Additionally, we use environmentally friendly paint from Dulux. While our focus remains on designing aesthetically pleasing and functional homes, we also prioritize responsibility by advising homeowners to opt for eco-friendly products, such as recycled fabric and laminate with green labels. Promoting environmentally friendly products will definitely enhances the overall quality of life for end-users.

History and Achievements

The home's design is deeply influenced by Japanese and Scandinavian styles, embracing the ethos of slow living, simplicity, comfort, and overall well-being. Natural elements like cement texture floor tiles, travertine stone, and wood-feel laminate are carefully chosen to enhance the ambiance. Moreover, the living room's feature wall, characterized by clean lines and simplicity, adds to the space's tranquil atmosphere, creating a harmonious environment conducive to relaxation and peace of mind. Jury's Evaluation

Evaluation Comments

The work "PAST. PRESENT. FUTURE" creates a healthy, sustainable and warm residential living environment for small families through recycled and environmentally friendly structures and materials; on the other hand, it allows family members to have richer interactions and emotional connections in their work, study and life through the profile configuration of multi-layered living furniture and a large vertical bookshelf. Through simple decoration and multi-directional spatial layers, this residence allows more possibilities for the public and private aspects of life, and also opens up greater imagination for future living.
