Background

As we are facing the era of electric and autonomous vehicle, the importance of charging speed and infrastructure is one of the most important challenges for EV market growth. Filling gas for gasoline car is easy and instant with world-wide distribution network, but EV charging takes longer charging time and charging station network is limited. Robocharger is designed to be a breakthrough solution for charging speed and infrastructure. By adapting liquid cooling system for cable, Robocharger can deliver high voltage electricity to electric vehicles without the risk of overheat in shorter amount of time. Robocharger will be also distributed and installed in nation-wide charging networks. The charging station will provide easy access and fast charging experience.

History and Achievements

Robocharger’s design is clean and futuristic inspired from robotic design language to deliver the most advance charging experience. The reinforced shell encapsulates power supply structure for durability and usability. As a part of Jidu’s EV Charging Platform, Robocharger offers multiple charging units, 360kw DC Charger, 7kw DC Charger and 7kw AC Charger. With family robotic design language, Jidu’s charging product can offer consistent AI-user experience for future electric vehicles owners anywhere. Robocharger will be installed in future key charging networks. The charging station will provide easy access and fast charging experience.
