Keys to Communicating (Tsutaeru Kotsu in Japanese) is a social contribution activity designed to strengthen and support nonprofits through the development of their public relations skills, problem-solving abilities and organizational power from the standpoint of communication. We have been offering seminars for nonprofits throughout Japan since 2005, and this is the 12th year that they have been held. Based on the company’s advertising know-how, the learning materials for the seminars are prepared by Dentsu employees.
