Why don’t we make salted rice bran paste by hand and use it for health, skincare, diet and prevention. Salted rice bran paste is called ’NUKA-DOKO’ in Japanese, it is made by NUKA (rice bran paste), water and salt. The salt of NUKA-DOKO is available for extracting water of pickling vegetable by osmotic pressure. The extracted water is useful for fermenting and multiplying of bacteria such as galactic acid bacterium or yeast and these bacteria adds UMAMI contents to vegetables. Shall we enjoy tasty vegetables with studying the wonderful effect of NUKA-DOKO?
