What kind of users were envisioned?
This product mainly targets the middle and upper class in countries where people mainly use a free standing type oven, and users who are highly interested in health, food, and cooking. It also targets users who anticipate and know how to use various functions in a single product.
What value was realized for its users?
We came up with a compact electric oven that is suitable for even a kitchen that is not spacious. The product faithfully performs functions of an oven, such as by ensuring easy use of functions, including the steam function, saving energy, and allowing easy cleaning. We improved usability of the bottom steam kit in consideration of the characteristics of an oven that provides a steam function
Problems to be solved from a social, cultural and global environmental perspective
Various functionalities that are needed when cooking were embedded into this single product to enable the user to choose and use desired functions according to the dish. We thus enhanced user convenience in different situations. The 'steam cleaning' function thoroughly cleans the inside of the oven in just 20 minutes.
