Based on variety traditional food from Taitung sixteen townships and nine ethnic groups, and centered on the essence of International Slow Food movement, we plan activities with different themes and serve as the key platform of the tourism industry, public education, and food & agriculture culture. We created a Slow Food community to represent traditional food culture and support local products.
