This project is a library and community center located in Nasushiobara City. Aiming at the development of the city, the library serves as not only cultural and social hub but new landmark of the city to revitalize the area in front of Nasushiobara station. By encouraging various activities to spill outside, the library is open to the city and provides a variety of opportunities to learn.
