Rebuilding of the existing Tax Accountant Hall. The theme is "Communicative Tax accountant hall" of the new era. By creating a hydrophilic plaza facing the Gotenzeki , a historical canal that was built in Edo era, and by making the building open towards that plaza, I wanted to make the facility public, so that not only members of the Association but also the general public can easily stop by.
