A boundary joint ownership type house in a development project of 3 wooden 2 storied buildings located in the residential area near Shimokitazawa Station, with efforts in the exterior design between the next lot. With the general house project, the facilities apparatuses are put in the exterior and are not considered to be the rich space because it is small and is gloomy. We switch all the exterior(the back) to the garden(the front) and make attractive space in throughout the site by designing 3 houses at the same time by this project. We plant a ground cover like a green carpet in the whole site. This project acquires green and light and a rich relationship with the sky at the same time to follow the privacy of each lot by operating the position of a window and the wall.
