Ohnan is an A-class gourmet town, welcoming visitors with tastes and experiences that can only be had here. In order to take a closer look at our town’s characteristic foods, such as highland vegetables and Iwami wagyu, young cooks in cities are invited to live and study here over a period of three years. Chefs learn the fundamental elements that go into each dish, from farm to plate. Our aim is for the participants settle in Ohnan after their training, becoming the town’s future of cuisine and agriculture.
