Outline

Pano is a new type of server-based computer designed to replace corporate desktop PC's. Called a "Zero Client", it is a tiny 50mm high hardware-only device, containing no software, no operating system, no CPU, no memory, and no moving parts. The user plugs in his keyboard, display, and mouse into Pano, and then plugs it into the network to get a Windows session running off of a centralized server.

Evaluation

The product is designed uniquely and simply and proposes a new computing through its shape. When seeing it as a thin client, the shape gives us an adverse impression of overly done, but the size of actual device is extremely small, which makes us feel a sense of moderation.
