概要

It is capable of making various boiled soymilk drinks, rice starch, potage and fruit-vegetable drinks, etc. With the microcomputer control, the pre-heating, grinding, and heating process can be completed automatically so as to make the boiled soymilk easily. In addition, by using the Superjet's bean soak-free technology, the soymilk can be made rapidly from dry soya. The required time for making hot soymilk can be reduced to approximately 15 minutes.

The soya brewer has an improved way of obtaining soymilk which is fully automatic, more convenient and more fresh. With the fully automatic program, it is feasible to make boiled soymilk within 15 minutes, thus people's requirements towards health and nutrition can be fulfilled.

デザイナーのコメント

By means of simple, neat, elegant and modern exquisite appliance design, it is promoted into the traditional drink manufacturing market. Modular design of parts can improve the performance of usage. They can be mutually assembled in various configurations like building blocks to form different distinct functional devices.

どのような使用者・利用者を想定したか

18-40 year-old young and middle-aged urbanites who are pursuing natural health and care about the quality of lifestyle. Environment for use: The soya brewer can be used at anytime and anywhere. For example, soymilk at breakfast, as an ingredient in a meal or a drink in daily life.

その使用者・利用者にどのような価値を実現したか

With the fully automatic program, it is feasible to make boiled soymilk within 15 minutes, thus people's requirements towards health and nutrition can be fulfilled. Ergonomic design and more fashionable appearance, the soya brewer becomes an indispensable health and nutrition center in every household.

社会・文化および地球環境の視点から解決すべき問題点

Main materials like stainless steel, and ceramics, meet the requirements for environmental protection. Brewer uses soybeans, fruits and vegetables as the raw materials, to promotes green and healthy drink, and exalts the cultural feature of the soymilk. Soymilk represent well-established Chinese culture contributes to the health of all human beings.

その問題点に対し、どのように対応したか

Such advanced machine has to be built with mostly GREEN materials in order to preserve our planet. Also have to create a machine can meet customers' desire for living in LOHAS lifestyle. Promoting the cultural value of the soymilk as a type of traditional Chinese beverage, but also brings up the true values for well-being and health to modern society.

この製品は韓国の「キムチ用冷蔵庫」のように、アジア向けにデザインされている。世界中に広がりつつある巨大な中国人人口に歓迎される製品だと思う。なぜなら、ほとんどの中国人は、母親が自家製の豆乳を苦労して作る姿を覚えているからだ。私たちは、個別の文化やライフスタイルのニーズに対応してデザインされた製品を求めている。異なる文化の地域的な特性の活用に取り組む企業がより増えることを期待したい。
