Organic compost "yokando" which it was formed by food loss , and was registered as organic JAS material. Farmers can cultivate organic vegetables with good soil. The consumers can enjoy organic vegetables good for the health. It is connected in CO2 reduction by utilizing food loss. "yokando system" is the sustainable loop system which is kind to the earth and a person (consumers, farmer, company).
