This unique complex, next to a vast forest despite being in a city, required large-scale renovations, reviews of homeowner associations, etc., over approx. 20 years since it was built. This project aims to further elevate the value of the complex and maintain it by cooperating with the management association as an apartment owner, and collaborating with designers who are active on the front lines.
