Evaluation

In addition to the introduction by an app without dedicated equipment, the basic performance that shares correct information with a number of people has been realized by adding visuals to audio, with the display of text on signage as well as multilingualization and voice guidance, which was highly appreciated along with their development efforts. In fact, this is obviously made with great care, where there is a variety of announcement patterns, and yet it is easy to choose one, and every language sounds natural and clear. Besides fixed phrases, this can deal with original announcement as well in order to make an arrangement for facility operators, which provides perfection. This can also solve issues unique to Japan, such as multilingualization required to aim to be a tourism-oriented country despite of being a disaster-prone country, and the guarantee of safety and security in the face of decreasing workforces.
