Murakami city has more than 100 salmon dishes. We used to make salmon dishes at home before, but now is not. So, in 2020,we published "Sake no gochisou(Traditional Salmon recipes at Echigo-Murakami)". And Why we choised paper book, because we would like to pass down as tangiable things from generation to generation. The recipes were designed by owners of the local Ryotei and Kappo.
