Outline: COCOHELI "service for the early detection of people in mountain distress". Using a transmitter and a nationwide search network, search their location quickly and accurately and hands them over to rescue organizations. Furthermore, we expanded the service include disaster search. We will contribute to saving as many lives as possible through early detection, both in the mountains and in the city.

Evaluation

While mountaineering becomes more and more popular, a new issue arises that an increase in mountain accidents has caused a heavy burden on search and rescue. This membership service requires members to bring a transmitter and can easily find them from a remote place even when they have lost their way in a mountain where it is difficult to search due to weak radio waves of mobile phones. In fact, the service is wonderful in that it has already saved many lives, and it is expected to be used in the event of a disaster in the future. The design of the service is also excellent in that the search cost burden in the event of an accident during mountain climbing assume the form of mutual aid by the members, which resultingly makes mountain climbing safe and enjoyable for the entire community.
