(1) On the consumer side -> A map-based real-time congestion visualization service that shows whether the place you want to go is currently congested. (2) Facility operator side -> A service that can provide consumers with the current congestion status. A service that allows consumers to check the REAL-TIME congestion status of places they want to visit, whether it is a Corona disaster or not.
