This 10 stories condominium has resulted from the redevelopment of the painter house, who appeared in Osamu Dazai's novel and was a local celebrity. The design has responded to the context ofZenrinji-dori, which represents the cultural milieu in the vicinity. Inspired by the area of Musashino's poetic sentiment, I tried to aim for an unique and irreplaceable housing architecture.
