This is a rental tenement house . The site is located on a south slope with small ridges and 4 to 50 year old trees. It has been 11 years since the plan began and took shape with the desire to create a living environment that retains its topography, natural appearance, and a small community. While the neighborhood is undergoing development, a new and unique lifestyle has begun here.
