A 27-year-old dormitory was renovated, and a condominium with a multi-generational community was planned, including a common rented and collective house, and these with different lifestyles in one building.It is hoped that common areas will be established in the building, the use of these will encourage interaction among residents, and it will spread around the area to form a new local community.
