It is the apartment located in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. The floor area of the dwelling unit is as small as 11 to 20 m2, Therefore, by creating a "Lavatory", which was not originally represent in the floor plan notation of the real estate, as a room, we will create a wider living environment. We propose that the dwelling units of this apartment are a new floor plan that can be described as "1LR".
