This was a project to renovate and sell a 24-year-old wooden house. We carried out a seismic reinforcement by the conventional method on 2x4 method that is generally said to be difficult to change, and we managed to execute a major plan change. As a result, we have redistributed to the market a variable space and a valuable living environment that can be modified in response to future lifestyles.
