Hagama is a traditional Japanese round-bottomed pot with a ring for cooking rice, and used with a stove called Kamado. We tried to bring out the best flavor of rice by reproducing rice cooked with Hagama and Kamado. By changing the shape to flat-bottom, this pot can be used on all kinds of cooking stove. The shallow cast iron pot would heat up similar to Kamado and enables to cook your ideal rice.
