It is a facility that includes a co-working space, a guest house, and a maker's space, which is built in Minami-Soma city Odaka district where the evacuation instruction area was canceled in July 2016, which is a nuclear power plant stricken area of the Great East Japan Earthquake. It is managed by "Pionism", a venture company started up locally after the disaster.
