We have constructed a multigenerational-living-place by providing "Lab" and "Park" near the station which has a fanction of area management, and building many kinds of residences around the "Park" for families, young people, and seniors. Also we produced a "Relocation Service" for the people who live in old houses around the station to make opportunities to move to the residences described above.
