When taking into account all of the design variables, the result was 19 floor designs. Each unit has a ceiling height difference of 62 cm; creating 19 individually unique units. The common area takes advantage of this uniqueness by incorporating a spiral/helical design; resulting insuccessfully creating a very private-like environment.
