Outline: The Gifted City is the social design project that designers cooperate with disabled people together. Designers create living products with disabled people by lessons like art therapy. To narrow the gap between disabled people and the general public, the disabled people provide the city street service. Furthermore, providing city street service can also promote living products they create with designers. With the overall cycle of social design, the disabled people learn the self-reliant ability by creating living products and accomplishing self-actualization.

Evaluation

"Children Are Us Foundation" is a group of children with Down's syndrome. A special multi-purpose vehicle (selling goods, TV broadcasting sponsor advertisements, using solar panels for power supply) allows them to earn and manage their own lives. "Mentally challenged children" are guided to create, and their designs are printed on product packaging. This is the most valuable social design.
