With a fixed workplace, only the work of the assigned department is done, but we regard the company as a single community, and promote cooperation across departments and business tasks to restrict overtime to 80 hours company-wide. As incentives, we introduced an in-house break point system for use during working hours and a leave point system, utilized to promote mutual aid in business tasks.
