Conventional housing development by developers in a residential area is effective as a method of taking in new residents to the area and updating the town, however a temporary enclosure appears for several years during the construction. We wanted to design innovative solution for this period by opening the development site partially to the local community, so that the neighborhood can enjoy and grow by accepting the new site as the value of the town. As for the hardware we designed portable furnitures to improve the usability of the place making use of the existing trees in the land (corresponding to use from one to several dozen people) As for the software we designed several solutions such as outdoor, exercise, food and photography involving local universities, companies and communities
