This system is aimed at becoming a train departure board with universal design features. A large liquid crystal display shows passenger-friendly information including train status information which passengers want to board, and the stations where the train stops. The system is not only the visually-impaired-friendly but also international tourists and the hearing-impaired friendly because the structure adopts voice-guided navigation, “’OMOTENASHI” hospitality guide and Universal Design or “UD” font, an accessible font for every occasion.
