In Ikebukuro, we have created a unique Japanese deli restaurant called Mouhitotsu no Daidokoro,which means third kitchen. We serve simple home made Japanese food featuring organic vegetables directly from farm during the day, and for night, we organize a variety of food centered events and seminars from cooking classes to chef's conference featuring a social problem like food loss in Japan. Here we eat well, to live well and know well, learn well and meet well with people who has commun major interest: food
