The classy rental vintage apartment built in 1988 in Minatoku Azabu for international residents was renewed as a condominium. Having an average private area of over 200㎡, the building was structured like a mansion and was surrounded by greenery in the midst of Tokyo. Designed to feel Japan, it was acclaimed by the rich from all over, but had issue in the maintenance of worn-out slab pipes. We inherited the unique features and renewed the function/design to meet the house recycling needs in Japan. We aimed to become an unprecedented case in the repair of condominium's function/design.
