We redecorate a wall-ceiling with material of Japanese traditional "stucco", and redecorate a floor by the "Natural wood". That is a renovation project for old rental apartments by designers. We dealt with 37 rooms in total to date around Fukuoka city and led all to full occupancy. With "the sympathy to materials" as a main shaft, we give the used space universal value. It is not dramatic renovation. It is "quietly dramatic" continuous improvement methods for old vacancies and vacant houses.
