"Hanahiraku" is the first wrapping paper designed especially for a Japanese department store. It was drafted by Genichiro Inokuma, an artist who was born in Kawaga and who participated in the "Setouchi Triennale 2016." Emphasizing its artistic nature, "hanahiraku" has been developed into museum goods covering all sorts of necessities through such methods as sandblasting, branding, and embroidery. We've also brought works from more than half a century ago to modern audiences in an attempt to bring new value, through such events as a photo exhibition held in cooperation with Takashi Honma.
