This is a recruitment program for new graduates aimed at matching the students with IMJ. In the selection process, we aim to bring out thestudents' strength and ability through the themes of “love” and ”marriage”. Instead of having to go through a typical entry sheet or an interview, the students are able to apply our mission to a familiar subject, while developing themselves and having fun at the same time. We are able to decide who is the best match for our company byobserving their practical business skills like researching, presenting, and understanding the customers’ needs.
