This suggestion is rental housing, which is composed of two single types, two family types. The local university and we have investigated the cityscape of planning areas. By this survey, we designed a rental housing such as "a microcosm of the city." While succeeding to the landscape of the city, this is the rental housing of a unique design that young people prefer. Single types are planned that spreads in the height direction. And, family types are planed that spreads in a horizontal direction.
