This video conferencing system has coped with an explosive demand from users globally in the COVID19 situation. It has shown a more advanced and robust video conferencing experience to many people, allowed everyone from businesses to education to continue and also enabled exploration of new ways of working. User feedback has been listened to carefully and amendments or improvements are being introduced regularly which is to be commended.
