Evaluation

Based on the demand for remote online diagnosis, it takes another look at medical treatment from the patients' perspective. The open API, simple yet refined UI/UX and the efforts to reach out to the government and those in the industry amid the regulatory restrictions were highly evaluated from the viewpoint of service design. With regulations such as Medical Practitioners Act and Medical Service Act, there are still hoops to jump through due to the industrial structure revolving around medical institutions but we have high hopes for the future.
