Outline

"My child has a sudden fever at night... what should I do?" - Concerns about a child's illness is endless. This project is to create a framework, in order not only to relieve such concerns for families, but also to moderate non-essential clinic visits and eventually to reduce medical expenses, by improving child rearing skills. Booklet and free apps are created and distributed to nurseries, simplifying home care for sick children, indicating the timing for calling an ambulance and clinic visits. Pediatricians provide visiting lectures to educate parents. Research on emergency outpatients reveals a moderating effect on non-essential clinic visits (scheduled to be presented at conference). Questions from those lectures are supplemented by SNS and used to revise booklet, etc.
