This is program to assist career development for students of Kyoto Women’s University. They learned professional work from experts how to plan architectural planning including interior. They also got a part of this project to decide practical use for the unsettled space as group work. They decided to use the space to make café specialize to “communicate” for purpose to keep learning about career by communicating with various people. After completion of new library, they opened café with their huge efforts like making concept of café, training to make a coffee, planning menu what and how much they sell, design furniture. This process itself was very helpful to learn career through works with many professionals and it also make them motivate to act because it really was made by their hands.
