Stacks for waste incineration facilities were traditionally fitted with exterior concrete or precast concrete panels. The "SUPER LIGHT STACK" is a new construction method which replaces the existing materials with lightweight "Fluorine resin membrane material with photocatalytic coating". From 2011, the product underwent verification for its technical safety for over two years. The "SUPER LIGHT STACK" completed for"Clean Park Orii" in April this year, is the first of its kind. The light weight structure is efficient in improving the aseismic performance, while the construction term is shortened by using a single panel covering a large surface area, The"SUPER LIGHT STACK" construction method reduces the maintenance cost by not requiring exterior painting, and is resistant to disasters.
