Rice; Japanese soul food. However, the lack of successors of the farmers is a huge problem now. Age rising and population declining of the farmers is serous. A rice farmer in Gunma Hatsuo Endo has been suffering from the situation. We started a new program helping them to find the successors by putting the recruiting ad on the rice; Recruiting Rice "ATOTORIMUSUKO" with local NPO. People purchased the rice can join the agricultural tour; rice planting and reaping. Even JUST changing the package design, we earned many publicities and more than 150 people joined to the tour which we held on May.
