Cacao, the main ingredient of chocolate, is a food with variety of tastes depending on the production area and manufacturing method. In Meiji, researchers visited the country of origin of cacao, supported by cacao farmers, collaborative fermentation research, continued purchase at an appropriate price to create high-quality bonds with the locals, we made essentially by using that cacao to deliver the chocolate at affordable prices in familiar places to customers in Japan. Meiji as a bridge, we aim to create a high-quality circulation that makes everyone involved in chocolate happy.
