From a social background of promoting barrier free in public facilities and increasing infrastructure for hosting the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the wheelchair and cane user in train is expected to increase significantly. To respond this situation, this system integrated with ICT to provide high-quality train service to passengers. This allows train staffs to communicate efficiently to prevent mistakes. With this system, train operator will be able to offer accurate guidance and efficient assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
