Outline

This sake brewery, making a comeback after almost 30 years, has brewed a sake called "Miyoshi". The name comes from the number "three" which is important for sake brewing, Expressed the name of the brewery's son with kanji. The importance of the number 3 in sake brewing refers to the three ingredients: koji, rice, and water; and the three parties: sellers, buyers, and the public, without any of which sake cannot be made. The label uses 3 in kanji, but in reality this "three" is made up of 3 aligned horizontal alphanumeric 1s. It means each harmony.
