Urban Design Center Matsuyama is an urban planning platform managed by the public, private and academic sectors in Matsuyama City. To promote urban planning in the field, it has an office in the city center, managing open space and terrace as a place of relief from the nearby hustle and bustle. This center advances the creation of a city vision for the future, design of urban space, an urban design school, and the development of a territorial design program. It is a center which advances urban planning in a comprehensive and unified fashion through public, private and academic collaboration.
