A detailed business plan in which small- to medium-sized buildings are renovated to satisfy modern-day requirements. Our investment covers the costs of quake-proof reinforcements and general renovations, and is recovered through 10-year master lease contracts, after which the buildings are returned to the owners. This increases the value of the property at minimal risk to the owners. This model reduces the burden on the environment by providing an alternative to “scrap & build,” and three projects have already been completed. The target is 30 projects over the course of five years.
